1. About Us
These booking terms and conditions apply to all holiday packages sold under the brand Tamils on Tour, which is a trading name of On Tour Travels Ltd.
On Tour Travels Ltd is registered in England & Wales under company number 16740872.

2. Contract
When you book and we confirm in writing, a contract is formed between you (the lead passenger) and On Tour Travels Ltd (trading as Tamils On Tour). The lead passenger is responsible for all payments and communications on behalf of their group.

3. What’s Included
Your booking confirmation will set out the specific services included in your package (e.g. accommodation, transfers, passes, activities). Anything not listed is not included.

4. Financial Protection
All payments you make to us are processed through Trust My Travel, ensuring full financial protection in compliance with the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018.

5. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Our cancellation policy applies from the date of payment — please see Section 7 below for details of refunds and charges

Payments must be made through the methods we specify (usually via Trust My Travel’s platform).

6. Prices & Surcharges
Prices may change before booking confirmation. After confirmation, your price will not change except for government taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier surcharges, and we will notify you in advance.

7. Cancellations by You

Cancellation must be in writing by the lead passenger.

Charges apply depending on when you cancel (e.g. 90+ days = 75% refund; 60–89 days = 50% refund; 30–59 days = 25% refund; under 30 days = no refund).

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations.

8. Cancellations by Us / Significant Changes

If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

If we make significant changes (e.g. change of hotel), we will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, pandemics, war).

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of your holiday package.

We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for services or excursions you book independently that are not part of your package.

Customers must arrange their own travel insurance.

11. Your Responsibilities

Ensure your passport, visas, and insurance are valid.

Follow local laws and supplier rules.

You are responsible for your behaviour; damage to property may be charged to you.

12. Special Requirements
You must tell us about any dietary, medical, or mobility needs at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee supplier availability. Failure to notify us of special requirements at the time of booking may limit our ability to assist and may result in additional costs payable by you.

13. Insurance
All customers must take out appropriate travel insurance, and for activity holidays (e.g. skiing, snowboarding, adventure activities), insurance must specifically cover those activities. Proof may be requested.

14. Complaints
If you have a complaint, inform the supplier immediately so they can resolve it. If unresolved, contact us in writing within 28 days of your return.

15. Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
